We recommend using CBD Daily Soothing Serum on areas that are harder to reach and need a lighter formula to easily rub in like shoulders, back, and knees. Just add a couple pumps directly onto the desired area and massage through. For those harder to reach areas, just add to your hands first, rub them together, and then work it into the places that need it most.

This is a product I’ve purchased multiple times. I have chronic spine pain due to scoliosis, especially in my neck and shoulders, and I use this almost every day. My husband had a knee surgery a few years ago and uses this when his knee aches. It helps take some of the pain away and soothe. The small amount of mint feels nice. I also use the cream formula and always have some on hand when I leave the house. I feel like the serum might be more effective in really soaking in and getting to work faster, so if you are trying to decide between the cream and the serum, I would recommend the serum.
