Are Earthly Body products natural?
All Earthly Body products are made from natural ingredients. We don’t use mineral oil, dyes, sulfates, propylene glycol, phthalates or parabens.
Are Earthly Body products vegan and/or cruelty-free?
All of our Earthly Body products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are on PETA’s No Test List and Leaping Bunny Certified. You can find our credentials on PETA’s official website.
Are Earthly Body products gluten free?
Some of our products are gluten-free, but not all. Please call customer service at 1-877-324-4367 for more information about specific products.
Are your fragrances naturally sourced?
Yes, our fragrances are derived from natural resources, however, they are modified to make sure they are skin safe.
Do you make your products in-house?
Yes, we make all our products at our factory in Los Angles, California.
Can your products get me high?
No. THC is the chemical compound in Marijuana that gives people the “high” feeling. All our products contain 100% hemp-derived CBD that’s THC-free. We provide third-party testing for our CVD products to ensure accuracy and potency. Please feel free to review our testing results:
Will your Hemp/CBD products show up on a drug test?
No. All our products are drug free and contain no THC. Therefore, they won’t show up on a drug test.
What does it mean that certain products are edible?
Edible products are meant for novelty use only and will leave a hint of flavor on your skin, with no taste of lotion or oil. Edible products are NOT for complete ingestion.

Do you have any coupon codes or sales going on?
Subscribing to our email mailing list is the best way to be the first to know if and when promotions and sales are happening. You can subscribe via the sign up form at the bottom area of each page.
Can you send me free samples?
Unfortunately, due to a limited supply, we do not send out samples unless they accompany an order. If you place an order with us on the website, you are welcome to ask for samples and we’d be happy to send you some with your order.

Is payment on your website secure?
Yes. We process our internet orders through SQUARE payment gateway, so rest assured that it is 100% safe and secure.
When does my card get charged?
Your card will be charged once your order is placed, prior to your order shipping. Please note the page that pops up after you submit the order will be your order confirmation. We have installed a “Print” button for your convenience. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation Email after your order is placed. Please note, this email may go into your Spam or Promotions folder if you are a first-time customer.
When are orders processed?
Earthly Body orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm PST (excluding major holidays). Orders placed outside of our website will need to call the customer service department of where the purchase was made.
My coupon code isn’t working, what do I do?
If you are having issues with coupon codes not working, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to figure out the issue.
Help! I think my order failed and my credit card was declined. What happened?
If your credit card id declined, it might be because whatever address you typed in the “Billing Address” field during checkout might not match whatever Billing Address you have on file with your credit card company. The Billing Address that you use has to match the Billing Address on your credit card statement or our payment gateway won’t accept the charge.
I purchased from a third-party seller, can I return the product to you if something goes wrong?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns from amazon.com or other third-party vendors.
